What is Black Hair Management?


Black Hair Management is a hair care and wellness subscription box service. Every month we send you hair products and instructions based on your specific needs. In addition, our subscribers have access to a Wellness Coach and a Hair Formulation Expert.




What makes Black Hair Management different?


We understand that wellness and lifestyle make a significant impact on the health of your hair. Lifestyle factors like stress management, grief, exercise and diet impact the health of your hair just as much as which shampoo you use. That’s why we provide you access to a dedicated Wellness Coach to help you navigate your wellness journey. In addition, we’re well aware that not all products work the same on every texture. That’s why we have a Hair Formulation Expert who can explain the science behind formulations and hair texture.




What is inside the subscription box?


Every month, you’ll receive 3-4 high quality hair care products, specific Wash Day and Maintenance Day instructions, and an array of thoughtfully curated wellness products. In addition, you’ll have access to live webinars with the Wellness Coach and Hair Formulation Expert.




What is the Legacy Program?


The Legacy Program is our soft launch cohort. Members in the Legacy Program get locked into an exclusive price of $360 for the life of their subscription. Members of the Legacy Program get special perks as well.




What if I don’t enjoy my products?


We are wholly dedicated to your success. If a product we provide isn’t working out well, please let know. Contact us at hello@blackhair.management.




What if my box or products are damaged?


Please take a picture and send it to support@blackhair.management, so we can process a replacement.





Membership Questions

Can I gift a subscription to someone else?


We’re currently setting up a formal gift subscription for the next version of the site. However, you can set the shipping address to the person you want to gift and then send us a note to let us know that this is a gift for someone else.




Do I get the same products every month?


It depends on you. We send hair products based on what you need for that month. If your hair needs change, your products will change accordingly.




How can I update my personal information?





How do I cancel my subscription?





Can I skip a month?


Of course! Please email us before the 5th of the month in order to skip a month.




Does my subscription auto-renew?


Yes. The subscription auto-renews unless you decide to skip or cancel your membership.
